This place has been renovated and has a charming feel, situated conveniently near great dining spots, casinos, and the Heavenly ski lifts, as well as Lake Tahoe, offering clean rooms with a hot tub and friendly staff.

The property was in the center of the city.

The hotel was in a central setting close to heavenly gondola. I booked a clean room with climate control, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven. Exceptionally nice and accommodating staff was available all the time.

The hotel's cozy decor made me feel right at home, with beautiful sitting areas perfect for relaxation. I appreciated the ease of getting around the hotel, especially as a senior, with everything conveniently accessible.

The location is marvellous and awesome, within a close distance from Van Sickle bi-State Park. The staff are exceptionally nice, offer great services.

The couple on Staff were difficult to understand and had difficulty understanding us due to language barrier. However, they were very friendly.

The pool was closed. The manager could not speak english. The manager did not understand the billing rate. The internet price did not reflect a 10% tax nor tack on fees. Motel was noisy. The shower was very small. The continental breakfast was fast food packets.

The room features a spacious bathroom with a regular bathtub. the hotel's location is great, being near grocery stores, the lake, a fantastic sushi restaurant, and popular spots like the beach. the staff are helpful and accommodating without being intrusive.

The drain did not work in the sink and the shower and the sink look dirty the towles were small and not very soft

Next to main road through town - can be noisy during the day. Worn and spotty carpets in some places.

The Trailhead is a recently refurbished and well-maintained hotel located in a resort area, conveniently near grocery stores and the beautiful lake. It's close to both Heavenly and Kirkwood resorts, making it an excellent choice for skiing. We enjoyed a spotless and perfectly clean standard single room, which included a jacuzzi as an upgrade—a nice gesture that added to our overall experience.

It was beautiful the photo that I seen in a computer but my first night I didn't sleep because something bitten on my legs and the second night it was nightmare I have a lot of bites by bedbugs. Eventhough they changed our room, my husband and I had bites by a bedbugs. We will never never never never again to stay in this hotel. The housekeeping very poor to clean the rooms. I like the location and the design but its dirty.

I don't like the dirty rooms and a lot of bedbugs.
